I have big windows and during the hot summer months my aircon was working flat out, now with Bedroom Blackouts my aircon is set on low, my room is black, cool, and quiet.

I thought I was getting enough sleep. Was I wrong! The company bought Bedroom Blackouts for us and I now sleep even longer. I feel better and the quality of my life has improved.

I live on a busy road so road noise was a problem. Bedroom Blackouts not only blacked out my room but also reduced road noise to the point that passing cars no longer wake me. My quality of sleep is now unbelievable.

At 2pm I was really worried about him so I went to check to see if he was ok. After 30 years of shiftwork he has never slept longer than 11:30am.

No fittings, I can put them in myself and it only takes 10 seconds and 2 to take them out. My bedroom is not sentenced to darkness and I was glad to rip down the alfoil that was unsightly and ineffective compared to Bedroom Blackouts.

We sold our house so we left the Bedroom Blackouts for the new owner, who was a shiftworker also. Before we moved my husband said he had to have Blackouts for the new house because he can’t sleep during the day without them now.

I slept for 9 hours after night shift. I’ve never done that before!
